Map Creator PSD Toolkit

Today I am releasing a PSD that can be used for creating cartoonish maps like the example above (click the image for a larger preview). The File contains various elements such as road parts, buildings, river parts, trees, cars, a tennis court, a pool, a lake and a boat. You can use it to simply create a road or a more complex map.

All elements are created by using vector shapes, so they can be resized to any size without loss of quality. However, I would advise you to first create your map and then resize all the elements together. Each element is in a named folder. The way I use this PSD is simple, with the move tool selected, I make sure that I have the Auto Select box checked and the Groups option selected. I simply click on the element I want to use, duplicate the group and then move it were I like and fit all the pieces together to get my desired result.

About a couple of the elements, there are two road pieces called bridged, these are in case you want a part of the road to go over another piece of the road or river. There is also an element called river-lake-connector, this is obviously used if you want to connect the river with the lake.

Free Simple Retro Style DJ Business Card PSD Template

Today’s freebie is a Business Card PSD Template. It is suitable for DJs or anyone in the music industry. I tried to keep is simple and went for a retro style. The layers are decently organized, so you should be able to modify it and add your details quite easily.

The zip file contains a single PSD file that contains both the front and the back design. The size is 2â x 3.5â (2.25â x 3.75â with bleed) and of course the color mode is CMYK.

The fonts used are Corki , and Reckoner Bold.

You can use this template for both commercial and personal projects. No attribution is required, but I would really appreciate it if you liked our newly created Facebook page

Today I am releasing a Photoshop brush pack. As you can see from the preview the main theme of the pack is lightnings. Of course you can use them in other ways such as roots, or whatever else you might think. Most of them are at +1700px, a decent resolution for a lot of different kind of design projects.

You can use them for any kind of project, it doesn’t matter if it is commercial or personal. You do not need to give me credit, but I would obviously appreciate it.
